Chayet, a fourth-generation Coloradan, earned top honors for both the number of homes sold and his role as a broker for sellers and buyers. The DMAR’s 48th Annual Excellence Awards acknowledge the superior efforts of Realtors throughout the region during 2025. Both individuals and teams are honored by their peers. Chayet, who joined Hanover Realty in 1987, received the 2025, 2023, and 2022 DMAR Awards for #1 in Project Sides and #1 in Project Production.
